Self Care Sessions
After years of working with clients in my massage practice, I have developed these self care sessions so that I can help guide people towards feeling better in their daily lives. I believe that in order to feel good, we need to create time for ourselves where we feel truly nurtured.

These have become the most important pillars of health in my life, that help me to feel healthy and vibrant, most days! Trust me, I am still on this journey with you.
I draw from my experience with yoga, my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, my new found love of Ayurveda, and other teachings that I have found helpful along the way.
