Self Care Sessions

After years of working with clients in my massage practice, I have developed these self care sessions so that I can help guide people towards feeling better in their daily lives. I believe that in order to feel good, we need to create time for ourselves where we feel truly nurtured.

          What does a nurtured life look like?

​

  • you know how to relax

  • you feel comfortable in your body

  • you know that the food your eating is nourishing and digestible

  • you have an exercise regime that works for your body and lifestyle

  • you have 

    good sleep/wake cycles
  • you find time for enjoying life,whatever that means for you

​

These have become the most important pillars of health in my life, that help me to feel healthy and vibrant, most days! Trust me, I am still on this journey with you. 

I draw from my experience with yoga, my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, my new found love of Ayurveda, and other teachings that I have found helpful along the way.

Your session will be unique to you and we will have space to discuss what areas of your life you feel like you could use a little guidance in.
